From here on out the movies will not be in order...too much pressure.
11. McLintock: this movie always reminds me of my dad.
"Now if all the people in the world were put in one herd, Cuthbert is the one I would throw a rope at...at whom...at whom I'd throw my rope at."
12. The Great Race: Another Fantastic one that reminds me of my dad. I love watching that with all my family!
"You give 'em beads, that makes 'em friendly." and "You cheated! Cheated! I hate you! I refuse to accept! I won't win any way but my way! You've ruined my reputation, do you hear? You I hate! You and your hair that's always combed, your suit that's always white, your car that's always clean! I refuse to accept!"
13. Operation Petticoat: This movie is so clever. I love watching it with little Moe.
"Why he'd just tell everybody everything." and "The only requisition that's been filled is the requisition for more requisition forms." and "I grew up in a neighborhood called 'Noah's Ark'; If you didn't travel in pairs, you just didn't travel."
14. Your Mine and Ours: I remember I was in love with Mike.
"I hate ants! I hate ants! I hate ants!" and "Santa been here, Santa been here!"
15. Romeo and Juliet (1965 version): So romantic and loverly.
"Oh happy dagger." and "Then let our lips do as our hands."
16. Blackhawk Down: Such a great film...with such great heros.
"Nobody asks to be a hero, it just sometimes turns out that way." and "Michael Durrant, you will not be left behind."
17. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers: I loved acting this out with Mandi and Celeste.
"But secretly they's was overjoyed!"
18. Sound of Music: Like Mandi said...great times driving through the Alps.
"Bless my homeland forever." and "Are father and Uncle Max going to push the car all the way to Switzerland?"
19. Newsies: I love the dancing and music SO much. Plus its funny to think of Christian Bale as Jack Kelley and Batman.
"You can laugh in my face...I don't care." and "So heres how it is if we don't act together then we nothin'. if we don't stick together we nothin'. And if we can't even trust each other, then we nothin'."
20. Indianna Jones and the Last Crusade: My favorite of the three. Harrison Ford is such a stud in this movie.
"That's for blasphmey!" and "I'd rather spit in your face...but since I haven't got any."

Jennifer Garner...2008
Here is the newest drawing. It is a picture of Jennifer Garner. I like her face in this picture and I liked the hand on the neck. I think it scanned a little funny...or maybe it's just me... I don't like her hair AT ALL! I will definately need to spend more time on such things. But overall I like. The question now is...who will I draw next?....

"So...a needle pulling thread"
One of my passions in life is costumes. Not just cheap-o costumes made of plastic and crushed velvet, but like movie costumes. Maybe I should say I like period clothing from movies...yes that's better. Start over...One of my passions in life is period clothing from movies (and in some cases periods from other worlds). I would love to be able to buy luxurious fabric and just make wonderful dresses. Here are some dresses I want to make...

As you can probably tell this dress is from Ever After. I love the over layer, under layer look. And I love the sleeves, they are so pretty. This is top on my list of dresses to make.

This dress is from Emma. I love all the dresses from Emma. But I really like the sage in this dress and the lace over lay and the bow.

Gone With the Wind dress...obviously. This one might be a little ambitious...but I'm dreamin' big. Plus this is kind of her hussy outfit in the movie. But I like it, that's all there is to it.
Only two more (for now)...

This is from Star Wars. So beautiful! I just noticed that this dress looks very similar to the Gladiator gown...hmmmm....PS I'm not super crazy about the earmuffs though.
And last but no least...

This is from Enchanted (one of my other favorite movies...unedited). I love the blue and the embroidery.
Well these are some of the dresses I want to make. There are more...but more on that later.
PS I've considered becoming a costume designer...unfortunately BYU does not have that major or really anything close.

5 Things People Don't Know About Me
1. Ten Years Ago: I was ten. I was living in Farmington about to enter my awkward years. I was in 6th grade. One of my favorite grades. This was a grand old time for me.
2. If I Were Suddenly a Billionaire: I would definately say a prayer of thanks. Buy a car and a house. Pay off my loved ones debts. Pay for the rest of college. Buy an old house in England and restore it. (great idea Lindsey!). Buy lots of fabric and make many many fancy period dresses. Oh and get DisneyWorld season passes for all of my fam and take them all on a cruise.
3. I have seriously considered hair school. But I'm kind-of afraid of the dumb-beautician image. And I could never scrape together 15,000 dollars for it.
4. I've banned myself from watching CSI, Law and Order and those kinds of shows. I am intriged by these shows and love watching them, bit it usually just worries me and creeps me out. So...no more.
5. One of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm washing dishes by hand and someone throws a dirty dish in the sink. It's the worst when you've just changed the water and its a really dirty spatula or something. This always happens to me at work and I usually just grab the offending dish as fast as I can and throw it in the other sink. It's my way of keeping my sanity and sending a message to the person who threw the dish in.
